Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use filmscome.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Who We Are and Who We Are Not

Filmscome Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider, not Filmscome Heating & Air.

Being Connected Is Not an Endorsement

When we connect you with a provider, we are not recommending that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Information

The content on this site is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Homes and systems differ, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

Talking About Costs

Any cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes, and they vary with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general, and we do not promise any amount of savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Staying Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Please do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get out of the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Filmscome Heating & Air when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and up to date. Even so, we make no warranty that it is complete or contains no errors.
