Filmscome Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have cooling problems with independent HVAC providers. We are not an employer, and there are no staff jobs here. This page is for contractors who run their own business and want to be considered for our network.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome independent providers who work in Apopka and across the Apopka area. You might be a good fit if you:

• Handle AC repair, AC installation, or full system replacement
• Also work on heating and cooling equipment such as furnaces
• Serve homeowners in houses, townhomes, or condos
• Know how to work in hot, humid conditions and storm season
• Want steady, qualified homeowner calls

What do we expect?

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their home. We ask providers to respect that. In practice, that means:

• Holding the licenses and insurance your local rules require
• Being honest about what you find and what a job needs
• Giving clear, written quotes before bigger work begins
• Returning calls and showing up when you say you will
• Explaining things in plain language, especially for first-time homeowners
• Never pressuring anyone into a decision

You stay fully responsible for your work, your pricing, and your customers. Filmscome Heating & Air does not direct how you do the job.

How does it work for you?

When a homeowner reaches out, we ask a few questions about the problem and location. If it matches your service area and the work you do, we connect them with you. Referral terms are shared during the application process, so you can decide whether it fits your business.

How do you apply?

Send a short email to contact@filmscome.garden. Include:

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license details
• A good way to reach you

We will read it and reply if there is a match. Not every applicant is accepted, and we cannot promise a certain number of referrals.
